The pharmaceutical field includes six specialty areas: ambulatory care pharmacy, nuclear pharmacy, nutrition support pharmacy, oncology pharmacy, pharmacotherapy and psychiatric pharmacy. CMU pre-pharmacy students select a major of their choice and also follow the pre-pharmacy program of study to prepare for acceptance to pharmacy school. At CMU, you’ll find personal attention, hands-on involvement, resources and research opportunities. You’ll also have an academic adviser dedicated to students in pre-professional programs of study.​​
