Specifically designed to showcase Central Michigan University to high school students and their families, CMU & You Day is the premier opportunity to discover everything CMU has to offer – all while experiencing the excitement of a Division I campus during a home football Saturday.

- Hang out in one of our 22 residence halls

The event is open to students of all ages but if you are a high school senior, we know you are getting close to making that college decision. We are so convinced you will enjoy CMU & You Day that if you drop off your completed application to an admissions counselor when you're here, we will waive your application fee! Welcome presentation for students and parents - 10 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.

After you arrive on campus, get fired up for your visit during our CMU & You Day Welcome presentation. We’ll give you important information about Central, help you determine where to head next and explain how you can win prizes throughout the day.
See yourself at CMU. - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
CMU Events Center/Ticket Central
Drop off your application materials today and we will waive the application fee. Bring your completed application, ACT scores, and high school transcripts to Ticket Central inside the CMU Events Center between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Explore our majors. - 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Chat with faculty members at the Academic Program Fair. Areas represented will include Business Administration, Humanities, Social & Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, Teacher Education, Health Professions, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Technology, Communication, and Fine Arts.
See how we support our students. - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Learn about CMU's multitude of student support services at the Student Services Fair. Representatives from areas such as Academic Advising, Career Services, Leadership Institute, Study Abroad, Financial Aid, University Recreation and the Mount Pleasant community will be available.
Get the details on our programs. - 11 a.m. and noon
Each 45-minute Academic Forum is offered at two different times giving you the chance to hear about specific majors, learn of opportunities offered within colleges and talk with faculty members who care about student success. You will have time to choose two presentations that interest you.
Find out how to afford college. - 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m.
CMU Events Center/Dick Parfitt Gymnasium
Attend a presentation by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid and let us help you get started on scholarships, grants, loans and the FAFSA.
Take a tour. - 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Depart from the Music Building's Chamichian Hall
Explore campus with a 90-minute walking tour from the vantage point of a CMU student. You’ll check out our classrooms, residence halls, labs, library and more. Tours depart every 15 minutes.
Enjoy a great meal. - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Enjoy a complimentary lunch in one of our residential restaurants. Look at the map to find the restaurant nearest you.
Tailgate before the game. - 1:30 to 3 p.m.
North of Kelly/Shorts Stadium
Stop by the CMU & You Tailgate Tent before the game to pick up your complimentary ticket vouchers. While you're here, go ahead and talk with CMU faculty and staff, enjoy some traditional tailgate fare, and meet some new friends as we all get ready for kickoff.
Cheer on the Chippewas. - 3 p.m.
The Little Caesars Pizza Bowl champions kick off the 2013 home season against New Hampshire. 11 CMU Chippewas are currently in the NFL, including the 2013 No. 1 NFL Draft pick, Eric Fisher. Watch future pros play in one of the Midwest's best college football atmospheres!
